Objective 1 – To expand the educational opportunities for the REALTOR® members, affiliates and members of the public by providing advanced designation courses, seminars and informational workshops.

Objective 2 – To provide our REALTOR® members with business meetings that address the issues that are facing their businesses, to increase Broker programs to determine needs and developing those programs to address those needs.

Objective 3 – To improve communications between our members by expanding all possible communication lines, i.e. website, E-News newsletter, E-commerce, and appointing liaisons for each office to convey Association information to offices.

Objective 4 – To promote and maintain high stands of conduct in the real estate profession as expressed in the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS® by developing a curriculum addressing information needed for new agents.

Objective 5 – To employ a combination of committees and task forces to appeal to a broader range of members organized to enhance program development and participation of the members of the association.

Objective 6 – To create programs for the benefit of the public to educate information on the importance of using a REALTOR®, provide accurate information on purchase and sale of property, the value of investing in real estate, and to further the interest of home and other real property ownership.

Objective 7 – To increase members’ use of new technology tools and educate them on new and developing technology for their businesses.

Objective 8 – To educate and develop programs to help REALTORS® members on the benefit of RPAC contributions and the use of RPAC funds.
