Yearly dues are due every year by January 1.
Members have two option for paying yearly dues. Pay in full or choose the Advantage Plan. The Advantage Plan is a payment plan which allows you to pay your dues in easy monthly installments.
Available to RENEWING MEMBERS and NEW MEMBERS. Renewing members must apply before January 1.
Both New and Renewing Members Pay Initial down payment then a monthly fee (see application for details).
The plan includes dues for DABOR, Michigan REALTORS® and NAR.
If you would like your Office to join the Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS®, the following fees will be assessed.
Office Application Fee: $250.00 (One Time Fee)
Office Fees: $150.00 yearly (Prorated)
Please fill out the new office form and return it to our office so your application can be processed.
Realcomp MLS fees:
By joining the Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS®, one will have access to our Realcomp sponsored MLS system.
Realcomp fees are paid quarterly. They will prorate from the day you join.
Please Note: If Realcomp dues have been billed for the next quarter, you will be responsible for them as well. Realcomp is a separate entity from DABOR. All Realcomp fees are paid directly to Realcomp.
