Advantage Plan Payment Agreement – Terms & Conditions

The terms of this agreement begin on the member’s enrollment date and continue through the end of the applicable annual membership cycle. Members are responsible for notifying DABOR of any changes to their account or payment information.

Payment Requirements

Enrollment in AutoPay is required to participate in the Advantage Plan. Members must maintain a valid credit or debit card on file and are responsible for ensuring that all payment information is accurate and current.

DABOR accepts American Express, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. Payment information may be added or updated through the DABOR Member Portal by selecting the option to Edit/Save a Card on File.

Declined or Late Payments

If a scheduled payment is declined or cannot be processed for any reason:

• A $10 late fee will be assessed for the first occurrence.
• A $25 late fee will be assessed for each occurrence thereafter.
• On the first occurrence only, a two-business-day grace period will be provided for insufficient funds or similar payment issues. Applicable late fees will still apply.
• Declined or overdue payments may result in the immediate suspension of membership services, including MLS access, until the outstanding payment and all applicable late fees are paid in full.

DABOR is not responsible for notifying members of declined, returned, or unsuccessful payments. It is the member’s responsibility to monitor their account and ensure scheduled payments are successfully processed.

Nonpayment & Suspension

Failure to pay dues for two months will result in suspension of DABOR membership. All outstanding dues, fees, and other financial obligations must be satisfied before membership may be reinstated.

If membership is suspended for nonpayment, the member agrees that all remaining installments under the payment plan must be paid in full before reinstatement.

Membership Termination & Refunds

If a member enrolls in the Advantage Plan and later terminates their DABOR membership, any dues and fees already paid are non-refundable, including applicable local, state, and national dues.

Termination of membership does not eliminate any outstanding financial obligations owed to DABOR.

Member Portal

Members may access the DABOR Member Portal through the DABOR website by selecting Login/Pay Dues in the upper-right corner of the website.

Agreement

There are no exceptions to the payment terms and requirements stated in this agreement.
